Tasniem Festival Qatar
During the Tasmeem festival in 2015 I went to Doha, together with a bunch of other creative people to do workshops with local students and visiting students from VCU Richmond.
Over the course of 3 days we made Robot Characters. I was very glad to witness the dedication and passion that was put in these characters.
None of the students had any experience with electronics or mechanics, prior to this workshop. Most of them had backgrounds in Illustration, Graphic Design, Interior Design or Fashion.
They all became Robot-builders.
